Sarawak Laksa
An all-time favourite of the Sarawakians, the distinctive Sarawak Laksa is a must-try for visitors in Kuching.
Sarawak Laksa is vermicelli rice noodle served with thick shrimp-based broth thickened with coconut milk, crunchy beans sprouts, few boiled prawns and garnished with shredded chicken and slivers of egg omelet. A thick spicy sambal paste with some lime juice added to the flavour.
